Prior to his tenure at Proximie, Rob led North American Business Development at Arthrex, where he helped revolutionize global orthopedic excellence. His strategic acumen led to significant revenue growth and groundbreaking solutions. Under his leadership, Arthrex's Imaging line went from $0 in 2011 to over $150 million in annual sales by 2023.
